What’s the procedure for payment?

We guarantee that you’ll receive payment on or before the 10th of each month for the revenue earned in the previous month, minus any applicable expenses. Our streamlined revenue process also simplifies submitting your SARS tax return, making it hassle-free and efficient.

Is there a guest screening process?

Our team is trained to spot red flags and assess multiple factors before approving any booking, with safety and security always taking precedence over occupancy. Although this process isn’t foolproof due to limited data, we require all guests to have a verified profile and provide trip details. We also request a copy of their ID or passport prior to arrival for added security.

Are linen and towels included?

You will need to provide all linens, including duvet covers, bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, and hand towels. However, if needed, we can supply hotel-quality linens and towels at an additional cost. We can also source any other required items and add the expense to your monthly statement.
